"At our AGM last year I was put in charge of merchandise for the Standardbred Association of Qld. One of my jobs was too purchase all of the ribbons for our shows! The first time I did this, I researched and obtained four quotations. No other ribbons supplier returned my emails as quickly, or as personally! David and Caroline went above and beyond the call with assistance during this process, which was very much appreciated as I had not purchased these before.
